Community Member of the Month – October
For the past 19 years, Mrs Richardson has started her day by cleaning Grahamstown’s streets. “We cannot allow our city to deteriorate” she says after filling her second bag of litter for the day. Mrs Richardson’s family settled in the Albany district in 1922 and she still occupies the house built by her grandfather 80 years ago.
