How Donations Are Used
The MAKANA REVIVE! Board of Trustees, the panel identifies projects which have urgency and positive economic and social impact. Contractors are invited to tender and the work is then approved. The current committee has engineers, entrepreneurs, and professionals with over 150 years combined experience.

Sponsor a Pothole repair
Pothole repairs are by far our most challenging initiative because of the magnitude of the deterioration of the roads in our city and high repair costs. Although temporary, our fix methods are a good option under current circumstances. The ultimate solution is to resurface the roads, but this has a substantial price tag and Makana Municipality budget does not allow for scheduled road maintenance.
We have since November 2019 worked on a solid solution for small to medium repairs.
You and your neighbours can group up to have your road repaired.
We subsidize as funds allow and provide trained local labour.
Road repairs require much resources so it is imperative that we band together in raising funds.
